« Le regard désirant au cinéma »

Résumé : Ce mémoire de recherche s’articule principalement autour de l’analyse de certains films de Céline Sciamma et d’Abdellatif Kechiche pour interroger notre rapport au regard désirant dans le champ de la représentation cinématographique. Il s’agira, d’abord, de comprendre comment se construit le regard désirant dans l’écriture, le choix de cadre et de montage, puis d’analyser ce qu’il se produit dans la triangulation
spectateur.rice.s, acteur.rice.s et cinéastes lors de la réception d’un film de cinéma. Enfin, il s’agira de mettre en avant le positionnement moral des cinéastes, d’analyser la manière dont la représentation du regard désirant a pu établir une certaine hiérarchie de genre et de s’intéresser à la manière dont le cinéma contemporain tente de renverser cette tendance.

Abstract: This research dissertation mainly involves analysis of certain feature films from Céline Sciamma and Abdellatif Kechiche to question our relation to desire gaze in the field of movie creation. Trying to understand how desire gaze can be built trough screenwriting, frame and editing, then to analyse what is going on in the triangulation involving viewers, actors.ress and filmmakers in the reception of a film. Finally, this dissertation will highlight the way that the representation of desire gaze may have established a hierarchy between genders, and it will approach the way that contemporary filmmakers are trying to reverse this trend.
